From the moment I walked in the door at InHealth, I have been so impressed not only with the professionalism of team, but also with their kindness and caring!  I happened to notice the practice on the way to another appointment in the building, and stopped in to see if some neck problems I was experiencing were appropriate for chiropractic treatment.  The front desk staff was very helpful and informed in answering my questions about chiropractic care and insurance coverage.  Within weeks, Kevin’s work with the laser, Graston Technique and general chiropractic adjustment, as well as Darlene’s massage expertise made a major difference in the neck pain I was experiencing.

But what truly impressed me was the care I received for an injury I would never have thought to seek chiropractic assistance with. Several weeks into my treatment, I suffered a severe hamstring pull. It was very difficult for me to sit, walk or drive. I called to InHealth to explain my situation and to cancel my upcoming appointments due to the pain I was in. Dana answered the phone that morning and when she heard about my injury, explained to me that Kevin had extensive experience with all types of athletic injuries and immediately put him on the phone.  I came in that afternoon and Kevin went to work. The first few weeks following my injury, the InHealth team was so much more helpful than my orthopedic physician or physical therapist.  The entire team went to work on me and used/recommended everything from the low lever laser, kinesio taping, chiropractic manipulation, massage, acupuncture, and Epsom salt baths. Many of these are treatments I’ve never tried, and to be honest, I was amazed at what a difference they made! The overall therapy I received greatly expedited the healing process, and most importantly minimized my pain!

I really cannot thank Kevin, Darlene, Gabrielle, Dana and the front office team for their help these past few months.  They are a talented and truly caring team of professionals who I can’t say enough good things about!

Last August while taking my usual 1 hour daily walk in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where my husband and I live and work,  I began experiencing a substantial amount of pain in the area of my left gluteal muscle. I knew I was in trouble when the pain began radiating down the leg all the way to my foot.  My Rheumatologist requested an MRI which revealed left gluteal tendentious with a fair amount of edema and fluid in the area.  I began a series of bi-weekly physical therapy sessions in addition to twice daily at home exercises .  Antiflammitory  meds are not an option in that they tend to raise my blood pressure.

By January my problem was about 60% improved but I knew even with faithfully doing daily stretching exercises I had quite a ways to go before I could resume my regular walking routine.  In January we were anticipating an extended trip to the USA so I contacted Dr. Kevin Rindal by email.  Right from the start Kevin encouraged me by suggesting not only a number of helpful exercises to promote healing but acupuncture sessions as well which I found were very successful in diminishing the pain as well as relaxing to my entire body health and well being.

Since arriving in WA State in early March, Dr. Kevin has administered his deep tissue technique at least twice a month and my progress surpassed not only my expectations but I think his as well.  I am back to walking up to 4 miles every other day pain free!  Also my flexibility is remarkable for my 6 decades.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Kevin and the fine staff at InHealth!  The professional excellence and personal care extended to me is miraculous.

If you are looking for an amazing chiro, Dr. Kevin is the best you can find.  I have been dealing with knee pain forever from a running injury, and he was able to help me get through an important marathon.  I refer everyone to him!

I have been seeing Dr. Kevin Rindal for about three years. What began as treatment for exercise-related injury has turned into part of my monthly physical maintenance routine. Dr. Rindal is very familiar with my workouts. With his expertise in exercise, he frequently provides valuable guidance on stretching and other moves I can do to prevent injuries. Because I live an active lifestyle, occasionally I experience specific soft tissue injuries. With Dr. Rindal's use of Active Release Technique, I typically experience almost immediate relief, without the need for pain relieving medication.

Dr. Rindal is a true professional; he is highly dedicated to his profession as well as his patients. I have high regards for him and have recommended him to others on numerous occasions. I will certainly continue to point friends and colleagues in the Seattle area to make an appointment.

Dr. Kevin Rindal at InHealth is absolutely fantastic.  I'm a triathlete and had been plagued by recurring injuries throughout training and had seen countless physical therapists and even a couple chiropractors who did only cursory exams and adjustments.  As a fellow triathlete Dr. Kevin understood the stresses I was putting on my body, the sources of my pain, treated my aches and injuries, recommended strategies to keep them from reoccurring, and kept me injury-free even during Ironman training.  He's not just a great healer who's passionate about his work (his dad is a chiro too and he grew up wanting to be one as well), he's simply a wonderful, caring human being who treats his patients with genuine concern and care--not like a number.  He was even one of the first to call after I crossed the finish line at that Ironman to congratulate me.  I'll be forever grateful to him!

Gabrielle Anderson is a very talented and kind professional. She really goes the extra mile in her comprehensive sessions with acupuncture, acutonics, Reiki and cupping options available. She aslo co-created a community acupuncture program to facilitate affordable healing for everyone. I have been receiving treatments from Ms. Anderson for nearly a year now, and I feel so lucky to have found her! She is extremely intuitive and good at what she does. I definitely feel like my overall health and well being has improved this year - and it has a lot to do with my regular visits to see Gabrielle. The acupuncture helps me prevent the onset of colds, as it boosts my immune system. In addition to immune support, Gabrielle has treated me for many different ailments : acute injuries, emotional turmoil, stress and digestion to name a few. Besides being a very talented acupuncturist, Gabrielle is just a super person. She is always smiling and kind. She really puts you at ease, and that alone helps facilitate the healing process. If you have every wanted to try acupuncture, definitely give her a call!

I have grown to love acupuncture over the past year. Gabrielle does such a complete treatment with needles, acutonics tuning forks and even cupping. I always walk out of there feeling great. She really helped me overcome a work related leg injury as well as many colds. Not all acupuncture is created equal, but Ms. Anderson is a real pro. Thanks!

Doctor Anderson is by far the most effective acupuncturist I have seen in the last 10 years in the greater Seattle area.  The treatments she gives are thorough, powerfully healing, while gentle and respectful.  I am extremely grateful to have found Dr. Anderson as I haven't been able to find another healer until her that could help me take such great strides in my healing process.  Dr.  Anderson has an exceptional talent for knowing where there have been imbalances with me  and with grace and finesse she has been successful at opening up pathways for restoring balance.  I couldn't be more enthusiastic or confident in recommending Dr. Anderson.

I have referred many of my patients out for Acupuncture for several years without ever personally experiencing an acupuncture treatment. Gabrielle provided an excellent treatment and effectively addressed my primary complaint of hand paresthesia. In the 6 days since my treatment, my hand symptoms have reduced by about 50%. She is also a terrific person; for anyone interested in Acupuncture, I recommend her with full confidence.

Really nice treatments! So much more than just needles. Gabrielle is trained in a number of additional techniques that make for an amazingly effective and relaxing experience. I've been recieving comprehensive treatments for Gabrielle for a while now, and she is very talented. She has a great personality, and has an incredible intuitive gift for how to best treat me holisitically. She's very professional while maintaining a comfortable feel, she is very knowledgable when I ask questions, and I always feel amazing when I leave. It's a transformative feeling each time I go there...I need to make another appointment actually!

This was my first timing getting an acupunture treatment. Gabrielle was very pleasant and professional. She made me feel at home and really took the time to get to know what my issues are. Gabrielle has a real gift of tuning into your needs. I recommend her to everyone now!

I was never one to think about doing acupuncture, but when my body started flaring up from back pain, I had no other choice. I tried everything, and when nothing worked I had to turn to acupuncture... I went everywhere in Seattle, and couldn't seem to get a good treatment. But when I met Gabrielle and received just a couple sessions from her, I began to notice beyond substantial improvement. I'll be coming back for SURE. Best acupuncture in Seattle. Period.

Gabrielle is very gifted. She is intuitive, traquil, brilliant, and very kind. Exactly what I want in an Acupuncturist! And her resources and tools from cupping to Acutonics goes far beyond just needles! What can I say? She's the best. :)
