6 Tips for Jogging with Your Baby

For those of you moms who are active and like to get a jog in during the day with your little one, here are 6 tips to help you!

Tip 1.  Make sure the handlebars of the jogger are both large and adjustable, so that they fit comfortably into your hands for complete control. The handlebars should be kept as upright as possible.

Tip 2.  Handbrakes and a locking mechanism are a necessity.

Tip 3.  Look for a jogger with a good shoulder harness to keep the child secure.

Tip 4.  Large, bicycle-style tires offer more control and stability.

Tip 5.  A screen over the front of the jogger adds to its safety by deflecting stray flying objects.

Tip 6.  Jog only on smooth surfaces.
