Our mission is to “expand the boundaries of what is possible for each individual”. We do that by bringing you an innovative approach to prevention, performance and treatment of injuries. Throughout our team’s 11 years working with elite athletes, we’ve developed a set of best practices proven to help patients recover faster and get back to living their life sooner. At InHealth, we believe that if you have a body, you’re an athlete and can benefit from these same best practices applied to the pros. Whether you’re training for a big race, consider yourself a weekend warrior, or just want to feel better in daily life, you deserve the best!

So how do we do it? Through a multifaceted approach. We look at injury treatment and prevention through our 5 Pillars of Treatment.

5 Pillars of Treatment

Chiropractic medicine is a profession based on the relationship between the structure of the spine and the function of the nervous system. If abnormal joint motion exists, this often creates nervous system dysfunction and suboptimal performance. Chiropractic adjustments have tremendous potential to help patients and can make a rapid, positive response.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Some of the key techniques that we use include Active Release Technique (ART), Graston, and FAKTR. Myofascial adhesions often develop following either a specific traumatic event to muscle and or soft tissue, or through repetitive damage to these tissues over time.

Functional & Sports Rehabilitation

Functional rehabilitation and stabilization of injured muscles and joints is necessary for proper healing and the prevention of future injuries. Rehabilitation exercises tailored to your specific movement patterns and needs act to not only speed recovery, but also address the underlying causes of injuries.

No two bodies move the same way. That’s why we utilize the best in personal movement assessments to tailor treatment to your unique needs.

The educated patient is the empowered patient. We provide you with the tools and knowledge to continue your treatment at home to facilitate faster treatment and prevent future injuries.
